6 months

Happy half-year birthday to my sweet little boy!

Wyatt's 6 month stats:
weight: 17lbs 11oz (55th %)
height: 28 in (93rd %)
head:  58th %

Wyatt had his 6 month checkup today.  His weight is finally leveling out (which the doc says is normal and fine) and he is still tall (a fact that makes Daddy happy and less worried that he is going to be a shorty like his Mom)!  The doc gave him an A+ for health and strength!  Poor boy had to have 3 shots, but at least now we have a break from shots for awhile :)

Some of the things Wyatt is up to now:

-sits by himself
- chatters alot, even said dada the other day
- loves to laugh, especially when you tickle his chunky thighs :)
- eating several fruits and veggies...his favorites are sweet potatoes and pears
- is quite the mama's boy right now
- very interested in the computer and cell phones...can you tell what he sees mom and dad doing alot??
- is now sitting up in carts and high chairs when he goes out to stores/restaurants (although he prefers to be held or standing in my lap most of the time we are out!)
-has started holding and trying to drink from his sippy cup and an open cup (this usually results in most of the water running down our shirts)!

More Christmas...

We couldn't quite fit all our Christmas celebrations into just 2 days so they continued through the new year!  The day after Christmas, we celebrated with Grandpa McMillan, Bridget, Jonathon, and Trevor.  We spent the afternoon playing with Wyatt, opening gifts, and took the boys (including the big ones) to get new video games!

Trying out my new walker!

The Saturday after Christmas, we finished up our holiday celebrations with the Frye family Christmas at Lacey's Granparent's house.  Wyatt loved seeing all his aunts, uncles, and cousins, and had fun playing with the little ones.  Here is a cute picture of him with his little cousins Attalia (2 years) and Gavin (14 mo).

Aren't they just precious?!!

Christmas Day

The festivities continued on Christmas Day.  Christmas morning was spent at Nanny and Pappy's with Uncle Casey and Aunt Nicole (and all the doggies).

Mommy got a great Christmas present when she got cancelled for work Christmas night!  The 3 of us then went to Derek's cousins Jason and Angie's house to celebrate with Grandpa McMillan and family.

Christmas Eve

We had a wonderful and busy Christmas this year!  We started out the holiday festivities at Derek's Grandma's house on Christmas Eve.  Wyatt had his first experience opening gifts...he did a pretty good job, although he was more interested in eating the paper than the present inside!

Wow my very first basketball...and just my size!!

More presents!  I must have been very good this year!

yummy present!

Next stop on Christma Eve was at Nanny and Pappy's house.  Wyatt was pretty tired at that point but not too tired for presents!

Loving on Great-Grandma Graves and Nanny

Great-Grandma had matching Colts hats made for Daddy and Wyatt!
